Asus Thunderbolt SSD
Asus makes some really cool looking accessories. For example: last year, they wowed us with their Lamborghini hard disk and this year, at the Computex 2012, they released ROG SSD drive. This drive makes use of the Intel Thunderbolt connection which enables exceptional transfer and write speeds to the user.
It is unlike any external storage drive we have ever come across. It is an amazing, must have accessory for a gaming ROG notebook like Asus G73SW whose review we posted last year. According to the folks at Asus’ booth, this thunderbolt SSD will be offered in two capacities, 128GB and 256GB and will configured in RAID 0 configuration.
Asus has not said anything about its price, but it will be made available in two months. [via pcwatch] (Japanese)
