Asus 1225B
Remember the Asus 1225C that we mentioned in the month of November? Well, Asus has rolled out an AMD Fusion powered version of the same model and it is calling it Asus Eee PC 1225B. It looks and feels just like 1225C but is powered by AMD E450 / AMD C60 APU (accelerated processing unit) instead of Atom N2600 which is being used in 1225C.
Specs include 11.6 inch display, (up to) 4GB DDR3 RAM, 750GB hard disk, AMD E450 / C60 processor, 6 cell battery and Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Check out Asus X202e review.
It is interesting to note that there are no dedicated mouse buttons below the touchpad which might look pleasing to the onlooker but is certainly not a pleasure to use for a (windows) user.
