Asus EB1030
Asus has introduced the next generation of its nettops that has the innards of netbooks but in a mini desktop chassis. The company is all set to start the shipping of its new Eee Box EB1030 pretty soon. It comes with the Intel Atom D2550 processor, Intel GMA 3600 integrated graphics, (upto) 4GB RAM and 500GB hard disk space.
Other specs include 4x USB 2.0 ports, memory card reader, VGA, hdmi, serial and Ethernet ports. Measuring 219 x 172.5 x 29, it weighs in at 0.69 kilo grams. Asus is offering an optional VESA mount too that allows you to attach it to a computer directly.
This Eee Box has 40 watts power adapter which is more than enough to power its low power, power-frugal Atom processor.

Related new – Asus will also soon be offering Asus EB1031 nettop that will come with Atom D2700 dual core processor (2.13GHz) and an EB1033 nettop with Nvidia GT 610 discrete graphics.
