Google sets up Tech Team in Taiwan for Android-based products

In order to provide hardware support to the hardware vendors, Google has set up a special Android Team in Taiwan. The team will provide give the much required assistance in making Android-based netbooks and other embedded systems.

It is really nice to see Google providing direct assistance to various hardware manufactures to deploy Android in various devices. It has also indicated indirectly that Google is very much interested to lure the netbook vendors to start using the Google Android OS. By doing this, they will be able to cut down their costs as Google does not charge anything for its Open Source OS
