Nokia threatens to leave it’s homeland?
Looks like the Nokia is not happy with the privacy laws prevailing in Finland. Nokia is now giving a threat that it will move away from it’s home country, if the laws which block other companies from poking into their employee’s emails are not introduced. On the other hand, Finland’s Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen straight away denied that they have received no threats from Nokia that they would leave Finland, if the laws needs to be changed.
The company generates around 1.3 billion euros (1.7 billion dollars) worth of tax revenues and employs 16,000 people in Finland
