Asus N55SF
Asus N55SF is the first notebook in the world that comes with an external subwoofer. The subwoofer is from Bang & Olufsen, a well known audio and speaker manufacture and thus, the Asus is throwing special emphasis on the N55SF’s multimedia entertainment. To make sure that it does not lacks in the multimedia department, Asus has equipped it with a Blu-ray drive and HDMI port as well to make sure you are able to get full multimedia experience.

You also going to fall in love with its high resolution 15.6 inch display that packs full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. Other specs include a very powerful Core i7 2630QM processor, 8GB DDR3 RAM, Intel HM65 chipset, Nvidia 555M GPU (with 2GB VRAM, unlike Alienware M14x with 1.5GB VRAM), 750GB hard disk and Windows 7 home premium operating system. Keep in mind that the above specs are of N55SF-S2630B. Asus will also be selling N55Sf-SX2630 which will have same GPU but will have 1GB VRAM instead of 2GB. It will come with DVD Super drive (instead of Blu ray) and lower resolution 1366 x 768 pixel screen instead of full HD. Ports (common to both) include USB 3.0 × 2, USB 2.0 × 2, mini D-Sub15 pin and HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, LAN-enabled wireless IEEE 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 + HS, multi card reader, earphone and microphone jack.
