Motorola Charm Specs

We have been able to get hold of some of the specs for the upcoming Motorola Charm. It will be powered by 600MHz ARM processor and will come with 512MB of ROM and a matching 512MB of RAM.

The screen size is 2.8-inches with QVGA resolution. Yes, we know that the display is not all that fascinating, but with that ample RAM, you can do quite a lot of stuff at the same time. [via]
