Samsung has promised to give the Galaxy Note users Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) next month, but that has not stopped numerous modders in putting early builds of ICS on it. In the previously leaked build, camera and Bluetooth were not working. This ROM, spotted on a Chinese forum (gfan) suggests that those two issues have been fixed.
Some users at xda say that it is the official build coming directly from Samsung. We still suggest users to wait for the official announcement, unless you want a very expensive brick. [bbs.gfan] [related xda post]
PS: The firmware is for the European / Asian version of Note, not for the just released AT&T Galaxy Note LTE version.
UPDATE – The chinese site has deleted the thread, but folks at xda have provided a mirror to the file. View that thread here. Also, folks at gsmareana have put up a YouTube video of the ROMrelated queries: xda developer forum for galaxy note lte
