Galaxy S3 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Port
Well, it did not take long for the clever folks at XDA to port the OTA (over the air) update meant for the Galaxy Nexus to the Samsung Galaxy S3. Do not get your hopes up that much as a lot does not work right now. This includes wireless radios (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC), Audio, Camera, MTP (the only way to transfer data via USB), Storage and many other things. Cellular radio works though but since audio is not working, you will not be able to hear anything from other person.
Fortunately, touchscreen and hardware acceleration is working, so you will be able to feel the amazingly fast interface of Jelly Bean. Other features and components that are working include ADB, Notification LED, buttons, SMS and Accelerometer. Hit the source below for more information.
