T-Mobile has already been that ‘lazy’ guy. They have always late by a month or two in releasing OTA updates for their smartphones. That said, we can confirm that the company is working hard in releasing Jelly Bean update for the T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (T-999).
Heck, Sammobile, which earlier leaked Galaxy S3 i9300’s Jelly bean firmware already has the links for the OTA up. The only requirement is that you need to be on the latest stock firmware (T999UVALH2). Make sure you have stock clockworkmod recovery installed before you proceed. Otherwise, the upgrade will fail.

The OTA update is about 274.5 MB and we can confirm that it is indeed Jelly Bean. [Download link – Sammobile]
Update – It is not official. Just a (buggy) leaked one. Fortunately, you can roll back to ICS.
