T-Mobile Germany launches the MDA Basic
A TI OMAP 850 CPU runs at 201Mhz with Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro up-front. You get quad-band connectivity (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) but no 3G. There’ also a 320×240 pixel screen and a microSD card slot supporting up to 4GB. It’ll cost €4.95 with a 2-year (!) Relax 200 Tariff. We don’t know whether it’ll be gracing any other country just yet.
