Medion P9514 LifeTab
Medion showed off few tablets at the IFA 2011 and is now finally making its tablet, P9514 LifeTab available in Austria and Netherlands. This tablet has 10.1 inch display and is powered by Nvidia Tegra 2 processor.

The Medion Lifetab has a built in 3G module to keep you connected on the go. Other specs include microUSB cable, headset, HDMI port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2x cameras (2 megapixel front, 5 megapixel rear), GPS and stereo speakers.
You get 32GB flash storage that is expandable via micro SD card slot. Priced at 400 Euros, it is not the cheapest Android tablet around but not all tablets at this price come with built in 3G.
It will be made available soon in Germany as well. After all, Medion is a German based company. [via tabletcommunity.de] (German)
